By accessing or using our website [www.vedasaree.in] (the “Website”) or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

• Veda Saree is a registered Indian business selling sarees and ethnic wear through our online store.

• By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

2. Product Information

• We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and images accurately. However, due to screen differences and lighting, actual colors and patterns may slightly vary.

• All products are handmade or semi-handmade; slight variations are part of their natural beauty.

• Veda Saree reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made using secure online methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.

• Orders will only be processed once the full payment has been received.

• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before shipment, with full refund if applicable.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with your order details and tracking link.

• Veda Saree reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Payment issues

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product description

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

• Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external factors are beyond our control.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address or contact information.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of ethnic wear, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at [support@vedasaree.in] or WhatsApp.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Once approved, you may choose:

  • Exchange (same or different item of equal value), or

  • Store Credit (valid for 90 days)

No cash refunds are provided unless a prepaid order is cancelled by us before dispatch.

Non-returnable items:
Custom-stitched, pre-stitched, or discounted products (sale items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them if not yet shipped.

• After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

• In case of cancellation after payment, refund (if any) will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including product images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Veda Saree.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store customer data only to process orders and improve service.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Veda Saree will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

• We are not responsible for courier delays, color variations, or user errors during washing or handling.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

Veda Saree reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
